Arielle joined Designed Learning as a Consultant in 2019. She is a passionate change agent with deep expertise in the field of Organization Development. Arielle has modeled her 13 years of consulting on the principles of Peter Block’s Flawless Consulting and believes the concepts are at the core of her ability to make an impact.
Arielle brings a heightened awareness and intention to her client engagements, focusing on depth and higher purpose. She has experience driving large-scale systems change, organizational culture, senior leadership effectiveness, change management, and organization design. Arielle has held consulting roles in the U.S. and abroad and has experience both as an internal consultant and external consultant working in private, public, and non-profit sectors. She is currently the Principal of her independent consulting practice, Conscious Transformation Agents, where we she works as a convener of large systems change initiatives. Arielle is passionate about Regenerative Leadership and designing systems that empower all living beings to thrive.
Arielle has a B.A. in International Business from the University of Iowa and a Masters of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. She serves as the Co-president of the Pacific Northwest Organization Development Network. Arielle is based in Seattle, Washington.
