PUBLIC WORKSHOP POLICY
Cancellation
From the time of registration through 21 days prior to the start date of the workshop, there is a $100.00 administration fee for cancellation. From 20 days to 7 days prior to the start date of the workshop, the fee for cancellation is 50% of the total registration fee. Registrants who cancel within 7 days of the start date of the workshop will not receive a refund. All combo discounts are applied to the final workshop in the combo. If you purchase any combo workshop at a discount and then request to cancel a portion of the combo, you will only be refunded the value of the unattended workshops after the combo discount is removed.
Postponement
Each participant is allowed one postponement to a subsequent session at no charge. Should the participant be unable to attend the subsequent session, the entire registration fee is forfeited. Designed Learning reserves the right to cancel a scheduled workshop in the event the enrollment falls below a threshold that would impact the quality of the session for participants. If so, paid participants will be offered the option to join a future session of their selection or be issued a full refund.
Substitution
If a pre-paid participant cannot attend, a substitute may take their place in the scheduled workshop. No fee is charged for substitution of registrants and the substitution is permitted for the dates of the registered session only.
