Wally is a seasoned Human Resources leader, consultant, and executive coach. He has experience operating across several industries and geographies. Wally takes pride in applying practical skills to help leaders effectively engage their organizations and deliver exceptional results.
Wally’s more than 25 years of experience includes HR Generalist and Talent Management leadership roles with companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Becton Dickinson, Nabisco, ARAMARK, and Rockwell. Wally has led large-scale HR teams and operated in more than 20 countries. Besides HR leadership, Wally also enjoys making enterprise-level contributions with senior leaders through the design and delivery of strategy facilitation, multi-year workforce planning, and customized leadership development engagements.
