Jeff Evans is a Senior Partner at Designed Learning and oversees delivery, product quality, and managing our team of international consultants. He’s been partnering with Designed Learning for over 25 years and has delivered training in more than ten countries to a diverse set of organizations and participants, including engineers, managers, manufacturing executives, healthcare professionals, human resources, and IT.
Jeff has a rich background in organizational development and leadership. He excels at identifying and accelerating strategic measures that strengthen performance with sustained, operational results. He understands the dynamics of change leadership to produce business redesigns and cultural transformation.
He began his career in engineering and quality assurance for NASA where he evolved his expertise in transformational change, strategic planning, organizational assessment, and training design/delivery. He spent nine years as an internal organizational development consultant at Chrysler. During that time, he had the opportunity to work with leadership at all levels to develop and implement strategy, performance management systems, and leadership development programs. Jeff ventured into the healthcare industry, where he spent five years at The Cleveland Clinic as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness and executive coach. In this role, he built and led a team of internal consultants who utilized the principles and practices of Flawless Consulting to have impact with their clients.
Jeff holds his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and his Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
Jeff resides in his hometown of Elyria, Ohio.
