Charlotte Booth

Consultant, Charlotte Booth joined Designed Learning in 2019. She has over 25 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies and over 15 years of experience in Leadership and Organizational Development and Executive Coaching. She headed up the in-house corporate university at Mattel and facilitated courses in their US based headquarters office as well as multiple locations in Europe, Asia, and South America. She is a Professional Certified Coach through International Coach Federation and an administrator of a suite of assessments including Myers Briggs, DISC, Hogan, and Hay’s EQ360.

Charlotte started her own consulting business in 2015 and works with domestic and international clients that range from new start-ups to multi-conglomerate Fortune 500 companies across industries such as manufacturing, finance, entertainment, tech, and hospitality. Her services include organizational development, leadership development, coaching, and curriculum design.

Charlotte’s passion is to help individuals and teams to be the very best version of themselves. Her warm, intuitive, and direct style make her an adept coach and facilitator. Her ability to ask powerful, thought provoking questions enable teams and leaders to achieve insight and clarity on progress and goals.

Charlotte received her BFA degree from the University of Southern California and is pursuing her Master of Science in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University. She lives in Southern California with her son and musician husband who love to entertain her with their freestyle rap rhymes.
