Carolon Donnally joined Designed Learning as a consultant in 2019. She has over 13 years of experience in the federal government and 5 years of experience in banking. Most of her focus has been in leadership development, organizational development, curriculum design and executive coaching. She led the internal coaching program for one of largest agencies in the U.S. government. In addition, she has developed and delivered an all virtual internal coaching certification program and created a coaching skills training program for a 2,500 person organization. In addition, she is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and certified federal coach. Carolon is also Myers-Briggs and Prosci Change Management certified.
Carolon has consulted with organizations in a variety of industries both domestically and internationally. She has worked with clients in France, Costa Rica and China. She is also a sought after leadership development speaker and trainer who inspires, challenges and prepares leaders to get out of their own way, move past fear and insecurity, and become the type of leader people want to follow.
Carolon is pursuing her Master of Science in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University. She lives in the Cincinnati area and is married to her best friend and has an amazing son. She is constantly learning from both of them.
