Beverly Crowell is the Managing Partner at Designed Learning. She is also an experienced facilitator, speaker, consultant, and author specializing in the areas of business operations, organization, employee, and human resources development. Her career spans a variety of industries, including, but not limited to, government, aerospace, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services. Her 15 years of experience as an external organizational development consultant, internal Talent Management leader, and independent business consultant enables her to help organizations synthesize information in a way that is incredibly insightful and brings to light interesting views that challenge and stretch others to think about people, process and planning differently.
Beverly has worked with an extensive list of Fortune 500 clients providing a range of organizational development work, including strategic talent management, employee engagement and retention, career development, executive and professional coaching, business planning and marketing strategy, content and product development, and psychometric assessments. Beverly is also a noted speaker presenting at The Conference Board’s Employee Engagement and Retention Conferences, The Talent Management Council and numerous corporate leadership meetings and events. She is a contributing author to The Talent Management Handbook and Coaching for Leadership: Writings on Leadership from the World’s Greatest Coaches.
Beverly received a Master of Business Administration from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Journalism in Broadcasting from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Originally from Oklahoma, Beverly now lives in Merritt Island, Florida, with her husband Tom and is a proud mother of her two children, Jacob and Rebecca.
