For more than 25 years, she has partnered with leaders and organizations to thrive in complex environments. Julie helps clients align culture with strategy, strengthen teams to achieve more together, and develop individuals to face today’s challenges while preparing for tomorrow’s opportunities.
Her perspective is shaped by experience as both an internal and external consultant across retail, assisted living, manufacturing, financial services, and non-profit sectors. She has also worked with global organizations and shared services leaders, giving her a broad lens on the challenges leaders face and the possibilities for transformation.
Introduced to Flawless Consulting in 2000, Julie became a certified facilitator a few years later, and its principles continue to guide how she shows up with clients today.
Julie holds a B.A. in Speech Communication from California Polytechnic – San Luis Obispo and a Master’s in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. She lives in Seattle, where she enjoys outdoor adventures, time in her art studio, and digging in her garden.
