Yimei joined Designed Learning as a Consultant in 2019. She brought with her years of professional experiences as an Executive in marketing service and media networks, a leadership development coach, and a group facilitator.
She helps clients acquire positive mindsets and the necessary skillsets to thrive in their visions, strategies, and relationships. Yimei helps teams communicate more coherently and effectively.
Yimei has a diverse background in marketing and various industry experiences. Her coaching and facilitation clients consist of Fortune 500 companies including: Roche, Ford, Carrefour, Michael Kors, and more. She has worked with many professionals, managers, and executives in a variety of companies and functions in the Greater China region.
Yimei’s training style has been described as personal and warm. Her presence and acute here-and-now capacities facilitate learning both at the personal and group levels. She challenges participants to go beyond their comfort zones to explore what could be possible and most fulfilling in their work and lives.
Yimei received a Master of Communication Arts from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Library Science from National Taiwan University. She also holds several certifications in Coaching (PCC credential with ICF), and some assessment tools like EQi, Influence Indicator, Workplace Big 5, etc.
Yimei is from Taiwan and currently based in Beijing China.
