Rossina Gil was Peter Block’s graduate student in 2007 and has been delivering Flawless Consulting to clients since 2018. She draws from her 20+ years in Cross-Cultural Management consulting and Executive Coaching across several industries around the world, and also serves as Adjunct Faculty for the Graziadio School of Business and Management.
Rossina has worked with nearly two hundred Fortune 500 companies including: Johnson & Johnson, Toyota, Occidental Petroleum, IKEA, and Amgen.
She delivers a range of organizational development work, leadership workshops, change management, diversity & inclusion, new leader integration process, strategic planning, behavioral science tool debriefings, and small group facilitation. She also specializes in repatriate retention as well as translating academic language into plain English with a Standard American accent.
Rossina’s training style is deep, friendly, personal, and genuine. As a self-described “shy extrovert,” she enjoys novelty so new concepts, new places, and new people are fuel for her repertoire.
Rossina earned a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, a Master of Arts in International Studies (emphasis Foreign Policy) from Claremont University’s Center for Politics and Economics, a Bachelor of Arts in International Communications and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, with a minor in Business from Pacific Union College, Napa Valley.
She currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee.
