Jeff has been affiliated with Designed Learning for more than 20 years.
Having held leadership positions in marketing, sales, organizational development, and HR, Jeff brings years of large-system experience in internal consulting to his work with Designed Learning. Jeff believes that when the human spirit thrives, organizations thrive as well.
Prior to his return to external consulting, he was Director, Global Organization Development, for Pfizer Consumer Healthcare.
In that role, he provided support to senior management in the implementation of large scale organizational changes following Pfizer’s acquisition of Warner Lambert. He also managed the talent development process and consulted for line managers on a variety of performance improvement interventions.
He serves as an adjunct professor to Pepperdine’s MSOD program where he teaches consulting skills and small group dynamics. A former member of the Board of Trustees of the Robert K. Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership, he is active in church and community work.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton and an MSOD degree from Pepperdine. He has essays published in John Wiley’s publications, Insights on Leadership and Reflections on Leadership.
