This workshop will provide you with the skills to uncover the social system in which the the technical solutions you provide and the recommendations you and the client develop are put into action. Too often, we view this stage of the consulting process as data collection and diagnosis, failing to realize that the answer is already in the room. What is really needed is a system of well-crafted questions along with a “map” to get a clear picture of what is happening.
This workshop experience, designed by Peter Block, helps internal consultants perform a path analysis of the “territory” being explored, to then give a diagnosis and provide real feedback in ways that build the client/consultant relationship and build trust.
This is an alternative to living as if we are captured by a client’s organizational political system. We help you develop the skills to become advocates for your clients’ own self-discovery and self-sufficiency
This workshop is a practitioner-level workshop where you’ll participate in a simulation to develop and demonstrate your consulting skills using the first 3 phases of Flawless Consulting.
