Bob Daubenmire has been a consultant with Designed Learning since 1993. Bob approaches his work by forming a strong partnership with his clients where he assists them in gaining their own knowledge and skills so that they can successfully tackle similar situations in the future.

Bob holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University. In addition, he also holds an Instructor Credential from the California Community Colleges and has been an instructor in business and organization development at the community college level.
Bob’s professional background includes delivering consulting and practical tools regarding: Flawless Consulting Skills, executive coaching, communication skills, individual and organization assessment, process consultation, third party intervention in conflict, problem solving & decision making, strategic planning, team development, change management, leadership & management skills, Lean Six Sigma, and many others.
